So, I came across two FOAs and felt that their missions has intrinsic value that resonates with the value of one of my own personal missions. After drafting a proposal in regards to these two FOAs, thus FIFE WUN was created.

My current mission involves the education and research of human and civil rights, in regards to frontline communities (frontline communities, as defined in House Resolution 109).
In order to assist the frontline communities in Lebanon as they transition from an exploitive system to a reformed, unionized system, I drafted a plan.
This plan includes representatives from the 8 districts of Lebanon, one set of 8 Lebanese, one set of 8 representatives from the nation states that migrants often come from.
Establishing digital stewardship is key to this plan. 8 intranet network nodes, and 8 satellite sites with internet capability; one in each districts, helps centralize the tech and cultural exchange of this reform.
A team of three, to utilize a mobile network unit, that connects each network node by travelling to it to update reports and message boards, in regards to the data from network node houses and the data from fields & markets that workers labor in.
I created a budget formula adaptable to such a plan. It is based on the koku economic system, and takes root in blockchained farms.
To enrich this plan and to further this mission and a sympathetic in the region, I “discovered” another FOA. Proof of concept may be confirmed via agricultural ground to satelite teams:

The value of freedom of speech, in terms of unionization is difficult to measure, but not impossible to observe through self awareness and information technology.
By increasing the value of the workers, the bottom line rises up, without human rights being lost within a society.
The value of goods in relation to the euler characteristic, or rate of growth is maintained in an equitable formation, utilizing the same mathematics that keep the satelites from colliding or drifting off course.
A nation may grow from one phase and format of self-determination to an adaptable stance, in which its citizens and civilian popultaions grow along sustainable course.

How this process may take shape, in simulations housed in clouds and think tanks, in blockchain fields and between workers and employers may be observed and an equitable solution may be facilitated.
Blockchain e-currency may be generated by real time, hourly and daily agricultural reports from IoT sensors in the fields and farms of the world as well as Landsat data and Union member e-democracy education and participation: to feed the body mind and social spheres of humanity in an effort to unify against existential threats such as climate change pandemics and systemic racism (atrocities, genocide, exploitation, ect).
These resolutions HR 40 and HR 109 are the current standards in which we hold our own nation accountable, in order to create indivisibility and sustainability. We may share such a praxis with our allies, in positive policy, to achieve mutual and similar goals, such as The Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
FIFE WUN is a plan of action that is applicable to more than one geographical location. I am grateful, in regards to the inspiration that the FOA opportunities provided.
